I recently had a TEM update (only update performed) from the dealer and my Limited Telematics warning has gone away. I have been getting that warning every morning if the car sits overnight. 2 Days overnight and I haven't gotten that warning again.

I'm sure you've already considered this, but there is a lot of engine heat inside that space. I don't anticipate the rear view cameras for general use (dash cam, reverse cam, etc) would be made to survive in that environment for long.

Just from my experience, blanket brake cooling isn't always the answer. It's best to assess your braking sustained temps and operational window to determine if cooling is needed. Although these air scoops may be less forceful, I went through a period of cracking rotors when I was ducted...

Do you have the amber warning or a red warning? If Amber warning, you can view the warning message on the cluster widget. For Red warning, I'd imagine there would be an accompanying DTC code, so perhaps plug in your OBD2 scanner and scan for any codes that may show.

Using an Autel Mk808, I selected the generic OBD/CAN selection. This was good to read the CEL codes. Selecting Toyota or Volvo did not successfully communicate with other systems. Using a generic BT OBD2 device and TorquePro App, no mfg selection is required - just auto detects fault codes.

Since it's an easy check, check the plastic side trim that partially covers the lower seat. Some have reported that digs into the leather (mine did, I used a rubber edging trim to line it up and protect the leather) and sometimes that can cause squeaks. I doubt that's your issue, but since...

Have you checked fuse #15 in the front fuse junction box? There have been instances where the Milltek VC module shorts out internally, blowing that fuse. If you do indeed have a blown fuse, your Milltek VC has shorted out.

Quick update: I just test drove the car and shifting is smoother in all gears, cold and operating temps in 80F ambient temps. 1st and 2nd gear shifts is much improved. I suspect this feeling will be short lived as I've experienced similar sensations on other manual trans vehicles after a fluid...
