Mirrors are set with seat set. Hold the M or S button, I can't remember, and move your seat to desired positon and also mirrors. Then hit the button again. It threw me off first time to. I have a setting for driving and a setting to get out of the car.

My car like jumps but only when turning fully, sounds like im on a rock...but I am not. I guess it has to do with the LSD.

Not that I am aware of. Dealer adjusted my shifter cables trying to fix the problem, they said it is quiter than before, but I don't have a thing to Base that off of. LOTUS USA said new cables was the fix. I turned that offer down.
