Pretty sure the faster shifting on the DCT is just a software update and is available to the older models when you take your vehicle in for service. Also the suspension may just be updated settings for toe and camber, not necessarily new parts. So an alignment to the new settings may solve that...

Thought I read somewhere that Lotus is revising the suspension for the i4 in future years. I believe it may be something as simple as camber or toe. As an owner of an I4, I can confirm it is a bit twitchy.

Sounds like what happened when my slave cylinder went out on my Z. On that car it was an easy fix and a cheap part. On the Lotus who knows on the part and will have to remove the undershielding and look to see ease of replacement. If the part is the same as the Evora ...

For me it is all about WHICH V8 engine they choose. The Toyota V6 is reliable, the Mercedes I4 appears to be fairly reliable. So if they choose a reliable V8, I might have to trade in, if not I will keep my I4.
