I'm assuming Sharon means production of UK orders. Hethel was full of i4s when I visited a couple of weeks ago. Which begs the question, are Chinese bound i4s unaffected by whatever issue is affecting other i4s? Or, is the Chinese order book so large that they are sacrificing RoW deliveries...

Cold one this morning! 1,700 miles in and the only issue is the blower which is being fixed next week. Using it every day and loving every minute.

The amber strips were very clear on these two and they were not held with the others either outside or inside in preparation for delivery. They were being held in a corner of the factory with two other cars which didn’t have the amber strips. Hence, “obviously”.

This is counter to every review I've seen of the v6 which singled out the steering and a huge positive. Harry Metcalf, Chris Harris, Matt Watson, the Smoking Tire guys, Shmee, Everyday Driver etc. etc. All commented on the feel and feedback of the steering.

Maybe just painting the "V6" is enough for me. I hadn't considered the reflection though.

Why is the engine cover not louvred in the i4? It seems like an obvious thing to do given the lengths Lotus have had to go to to keep it cool. Plus, IMO it would look far better than the current engine cover.

Has anyone come across paddle extenders for the Emira yet? I can live with the paddles day to day but they do sit low and should extend further up.

Has anyone thought about or actually replaced the seat with the Evora Sparco seats?

I do think that since pickup and 600 miles down mine has improved. We were in it for 5 hours today (M1 and M25 were horrific!) in 27 degrees and it stayed nice and cool.
