Insurance is cheaper than last BMW.... Its a 2010, but still looks like show room condition, £1500 for 42 month warranty, dealer putting towards, the car had lots of work done 500 miles ago, a lot of car for 45k, oh and I get the private plates the car has on it :)

Thanks... Yes I will be keeping an eye on the Emira second hand market I did think the bentley would cost a lot to run, but with it being part of VAG, some parts cross over... yep oil change, you need 16 Litres... but reading and looking at many reviews on Youtube, it would seem they are not...

Yep.... seems there is a lot Lotus need to sort still, I still think the Emira is going to be an epic car, its stunning to lokk at... sure its going to drive so very well. Yes I wish I could of kept my money in..... But still feel with inflation etc, the cost of owning/buying one would be past...

That would be fun, I have not looked up what the torque is, when I test drove it, it was hard to get my head round the power, its a big car and being push back in the seat..... and just kept going

This is uk dates, I was told when first placed my deposit Oct 2021 told Q1 2023 Delivery, when i placed my second was told Dec 2022 ? But if they only on Aug 2021 deposits Q1 2023..... whats that looking like for depositers oct2021 ? am getting my money back.... dont trust a word they tell you

Yep sounds about right, in some plants Porsche have stopped production, or at least I saw it on a site... ? when we test drove one last year Oct.... we was told quarter one 2023

I understand how you felt.... think there are plenty feeling the same.... I have looked at the Cayman GTS 4.0L... still looking at a year for one of those. So I am sticking it out.... In the hope the car is as good as we all hope. But so very worried about the long term relationship with Lotus...

@TomE ...... Hi tom, can you make cence of this..... are they now saying if you posted your deposit for FE V6 31st July onwards dont expect to get your car till 2023 fisrt half even. So October 2021 depositers FE V6 ? If this is in fact what they are saying..... well they need to make it clear...

On the uk roads, its hard to find a length of road to put any paoer down. 400 bhp is plenty.... and plenty to go wrong in the wrong hands.... I gave up bikes.... not jusr because of the bad driving, but the raods are as likely to have you off. My best mate stopped when he saw a guy kill because...
