I was actually concerned that it would be "too red", but this balance is perfect. It fits tight, looks neat, well presented - dare i say possibly better than Porsche. My expectations was to match Porsche interior for me to get back into Lotus - i personally think they have excelled.

Taken from a post on FB, someone did a great job of sneaking up on a white prototype Emira with this gorgeous red interior. I saw the white interior in the wild and thought how plush it was and nicely fitted,but I'm glad I've seen an example of the red also now,as its my spec. Good work,Lotus

I've decided if it's a delay coming again then I'll be reverting to the base option next summer too,spend the money elsewhere for now,they've piddled about enough for my liking,comms would have made this much better

I was also told twice that payment was 30 days ,both CS and by Lotus personnel,so again everyone is given conflicting information

FFS - seriously, im over this Sh1t show now, Lotus are an absolute shambles if this is true. not just because they have delayed yet again, but because of the bollocks lack of communication to individiuals and keeping us informed, but to hear this yet again from second hand...

i was thinking more in line that if FE customer get to play with the BASE configurator before they ask for final payments, they may find they have a lot of people dropping out of FE Orders for the BASE. That was my line of thought, personally id love for it to be out now!

i was told by customer services the Base configurator will be available in August - i cant see this happening in all honesty, before the FE's are released / delivered

What grinds my gears is the fact that us early depositors are still unable to change spec,after being locked in from before the decent configurator. Yes I understand if that was for May delivery, but the fact that Lotus have delayed it several times should also allow for spec changes without...

I'm pretty sure they said those with early delivery will be prioritised for test drives

The On the road price has gone up because of the Emissions being more than what was expected. Finance increase is down to our economy being a bag of w%nk right now.
