Despite confirming collection for 6th February I am still waiting for my invoice..... been promised it multiple times, phoned and chased, still hasn't arrived! How they expect me to get payment done in time if they don't send the bloody thing I don't know. This whole process is more stressful...

Can anyone tell me if the Emira warranty includes breakdown cover or not? I know most new cars manufacturer warranties includes it now but can't see it mentioned anywhere and wanted to check before sorting my insurance out if not I will get it added to my car policy. Thanks :)

This unfortunately can't be correct though as I got my checkout email on 22 December and the factory would have been in Christmas shutdown at that time so nothing would have been rolling off the production line. Time will tell if it is true or not, would expect to hear soon re payment or...

My enhance and protect email arrived on 21st October. My checkout email arrived on 22nd December. So don't think timescales between emails can be relied on just like anything else at Lotus. I completed checkout on 29th December and then got an Identity Check process email on 30th December...
