You read my mind, I was thinking tempered glass would be nice and scratch resistant. Having the shifting mechanism exposed definitely feels risky, but maybe we're just overly concerned with a rather unlikely event.

I think someone said that coding in Lotus' site states they will be bringing Orange and Purple. I think BRG is also on the table, but not confirmed.

I think the 2nd one (black background, blue outline, yellow lettering), looks the most appealing!

My assumption is that, when they say high demand, they're referring to globally. I've heard a few things stating that Lotus is sending out as many V6 manuals as they can make and sending them to places like North America. No confirmation so take this with a grain of salt.

Doug isn't bad in providing a general overview of what makes cars appealing. His personal takes are well, personal takes and I frankly find I disagree with many of them. Personally I wish he were more technical in his reviews and problems of some cars.

It was never clear to me, but did the Lotus NYO cars receive ADAS on their vehicles? If so, it makes me wonder if we'll have more of those safety features in the i4 Emiras. I'd be nice to have blind-spot warning on a V6 Emira.

That's super disappointing, but maybe we can get lucky and like Honda, have an electric manual style sports car from Lotus. None-the-less, I wonder if the type 135 will look good and what options it may come in. If I had a bigger garage, an Emira and a Type-135 would be a fun setup.

I'm not entirely sure, but as far as I'm aware, the LOTUS written out in the seats does not light up. If so, I hope bespoke would offer being able to get it to light up, similar to BMW M series seats or Hyundai's N cars.

You absolutely need to have this spec, its insanely eye popping. Though it does remind me of a glossy high-lighter, which may or may not be a good thing to some.

I'd like to believe this has viability, but I see the roll-out to be both slow and choppy. It may not even make it stateside, if not only be limited to big hubs such as LA, NYC, etc.
