What’s happened? I’ve been on a two week hiatus/ban from the forum due to getting married and honeymoon, logged on for the first time today in over two weeks and it seems everyone is fuming. Has anyone had confirmation of a September delivery yet or not!?!

This is the same situation as me, sold my 718 Cayman last July hoping to get the Emira for Spring 2022, oh how I miss the Porsche ahha!

CS have confirmed this morning my July build/August delivery has now been moved to October delivery. Even though expected it is gutting, I just hope for some semi-decent UK Autumn weather before the Winter sets in!

With my "current" (not been informed otherwise) July build/August delivery, I was hoping to get a 22 plate so that when I come to sell it in 50 or so years time the 22 plate will certify it was one of the first few hundred on the road!

We are all in a state of dreaming/purgatory it seems!

It was mentioned to me by CS that customers will be contacted at the 30 day mark so they can sort financing the vehicles, delivery/collection etc.

I fully agree! I’ve gone from delivery due in July, to August, to now god knows when, so anything to keep similar costumers engaged would be brilliant!

fingers crossed for everyone due July delivery then, will be good to see pics and vids of a wide range of the different specs along with some firsthand customer reviews!!!

Not sure if I’m just in a bad mood, but today is the first time since I began this process last July that I am super f***ing pissed off now. Not been too phased by the delays, lack of information available, low levels of communication so far etc but to send out comms only a month or so ago...

i'm in the same boat mate, due to the hike in 2nd hand prices I sold my 718 Cayman last July and placed my Emira deposit and have been driving a borrowed caddy van since, I cant take anymore of the van I need my Emira!

I agree, not sure why everyone is so worried, the on road reviews are from good to great and unfortunately for me and 99% of customers our daily drive to and from work won’t be quite as eventful and testing on the Emira as a track. Will be interested to see what the V6 auto box reviews are as...

I was offered the same in March and I accepted. My deposit was placed August 2nd 2021 so I was due to get delivery end of this year/beginning of 2023. I was offered a July car (confirmed now as an August car due to the 1 month delay for everyone). Original Spec DV Full black pack Black Wheels...

I’ve spoken to Oakmere who said they are confident they can spray the tips but can only confirm once they have their sample Emira on site, also spoke to Lotus customer services today and they said Lotus approved workshops will be able to provide the lettering also
