I've never plugged in a dashcam. Always hard wired it in so it cannot get disconnected by mistake. Murphy's law states it will always be powered until you want to retrieve some video and it will be disconnected 1 minute prior.....

The quantity of Emiras being sent to the US makes me think I might want to get an Evora GT to be in the minority. It may be more valuable down the road. But the looks and the sexiness of the Emira may still keep me hooked.

I think Lotus UK is really missing the boat when they intentionally AVOID major shows. They should have a car for the major shows and a second car for the original tour to dealers. Come on Lotus, how hard is that to do? You need to act like the big boys if you want to play in their league.

I'd like to add that there are many Evora owners feel the 400's were a big step up from the original Evora, both technically and quality of build. They are all fun though. Just my thoughts.

I'm sure removal of both would be easy and a simple 3D printed part around where the gaiter is removed, to hide the rough edges, would be easy to make. I'll offer up my design and printing skills!
