Well, every Lotus Bilstein I’ve seen has grooves, but that doesn’t mean they haven’t suddenly changed… When I eventually took my front damper off I found it was already on the lowest groove (sport setup) so no free lowering. 😢

I’d guess they forgot to reconnect the sensor. It doesn’t need calibration. You can pop the mirror shroud off easily to check. It’s just clipped to the screen.

🕵️‍♂️ Prices plus 20% UK VAT. Less than I was quoted when I was having mine done. It was supposedly £1632 +vat last summer. Seems Lotus parts prices are as random as all their other promises.
