I think it’s odd that Lotus would send out a pic of the car color that you can’t create with the online tool. Hope that when details come out this month that black will be included in the list of colors!

Got an email from Lotus with my reference number. The interesting item in the email was this Black Emira, yes give us that color, it would be my pick over the yellow/ black roof that I configured online.

Yes this will be my 1st Lotus or any car from the UK. I have had cars from Europe and Japan, so very excited to get into something different and fresh to me. Was thinking of a Ferrari 360, but when I saw this, the 360 faded into the background!

Does anyone know what will be standard on the 1st edition ? Options? I don’t want a lot of options, like the driver assist stuff. Want mine stripped down to the least amount of equipment so it remains a drivers car.

Placed my $2500 down for one if the first edition‘s at Victory Lotus in NJ. I am #10 on the list, make mine yellow/ black pack/ superlight silver wheels! Can’t wait!

Never owned a Lotus, looked at Evora before I got my 1st gen Viper. Evora shape was my issue. Now the Emira checks all the boxes! I never owned a supercharged car before, so that will be different for me too.

I will go for the V6 and manual and in yellow. With black roof!
