I switched about little over a year ago and am happy I did (came from a 2007 911 Turbo). I feel the Emira is much more fun to drive and I love the look/design or the car. Porsche has a great service and dealer network - just very expensive. Lotus dealer support is very lacking - at least...

My concern is they have not been profitable in a long, long time (2017 and was only $2M?). I do not see them becoming profitable in the next few years - at best case. I don't see how they can keep pumping funds into in, what do they believe their big payoff is going to be?

Never heard of that before. Build date might be more helpful then delivery date. With CARB passing on 28 February 2024, a lot of cars were delivered in March/April/May of 2024.
