I've just heard about this company, Horse Powertrain. A 50/50 joint venture between Geely and Renault to design and build "next-gen power-trains". May be a future option for the Emira (or the Project-X Lotus).

Yes, it's amazing that a resurrected no compromise sports/track machine should appear at this time. Also interesting that the Operations Manager in Zenos's previous incarnation was one Matt Windle........

Well he was clearly equally as useless at Zenos as he has been at Lotus since the company went bust having only produced a tiny number of cars . I actually quite liked the whole Zenos concept (simple, light, innovative and low cost construction) but I am also baffled why anyone would think it will sell now at £140k with a new drivetrain when it didn't sell at sub £50k before.
