I’ve noticed allot of cars have only 3k miles and two owners is that because the car is a nightmare ? I’ve not seen it before.
Also £59k 2023 6k miles second hand now much more to drop could happen on the v6 manual ?
Is there a place I can buy more directly from enthusiasts and save some more money ?

They are north of £100k now for a new one. How much would you expect to pay for. Cayman GTS, similar miles and year? I’d guess a solid £10k more. At £59k with warranty it’s a cheap car. What’s far more concerning is the future of the brand.

Hello John, the future of the brand concerns is this more about the ability to get parts etc for the car as it get older, ? and also if the band collapses the prices may go up as older exeiges are super expensive now

"only 3k miles and two owners"

First owner could have been the dealer pre-registering the car.
Second owner only doing 3,000 miles is the mystery, they must have other cars, Emiras are for driving!

Sad fact is Lotus continue to make enormous losses. We saw leaked and denied reports that the factory was going to be closed. The existing boss, who had a long history with the brand, has been sacked. Tariffs hurt the sale of cars in their biggest market and the two ev models aren’t well reviewed and are sales failures.
There has been substantial investment in Hethel but they make one car. The build quality they achieve seems inconsistent. New cars requiring replacement of the entire AC system, steering racks and the ongoing paint issues significantly dented confidence in the car.
Now they’ve raised prices to new 911 levels. If Geely pull the plug I don’t see a future for the brand. When TVR folded the it did nothing for the value of existing cars either. Quite the contrary in fact.
I hope I’m wrong but I could see closure announced before years end.

Regarding Exiges, yes they appear to command high prices. But watch how long many of them take to sell. A far more niche car than the Emira as well.
