I thought V6 was discontinued and surprised (dismayed) to see V6 still being offered for 2026. I keep hoping for the V6 production to end (to make my V6 more exclusive). Any idea how many V6s have shipped to US and how many Lotus still has on the shelf??

Probably enough for a few more special editions is my guess... Expect to see a 2027 Model year V6. (probably Final Edition with some lightweight parts from the cup car) After that is doubtful.

It’ll run until it no longer meets regulations, then the V8 will arrive(from Lotus source) so that will probably never happen. 🤪

The more V6 sold, the more 3rd party go-fast upgrades it might get, so I want more V6s sold. However, it’s clear there are a finite number of engines left.

I’m truly curious about what happens next, not least to the mythical type 135

I agree, the more V6 Emira's made, the more likely there will be future support. I'm hoping they hit 20K total production numbers for its run. - but looks like it will be a lot less. (not including i4)

I'm with you guys too. The more V6s produced, the more available aftermarket or OE spare parts will be in the future.

Any idea what production numbers we're currently at now?
