Print edition of December 2023 Car & Driver has a road report on the Emira by Sam Smith. He wrung it out on North Carolina Rt. 209 (called the Rattler). His takeaway: The Emira is an old school Lotus, so we're fans.

There are so many easements in modern cars that make them soleless and boring .Its so refreshing to see a new car made only to involve the driver but yet still comfortable and easy to live with. Some of the poor reviews are just irrelavant to real life. Use a Golf GTI for your daily and the Lotus for weekends.They are not the same cars and they're not meant to be
