I’m i4 Base. I have an S3 Elise, E class, the Emira fits between. I don’t care for electric seats/info screens, with Lotus I believe less is more. The Base appeals to me more and at a near £20k difference in price over the V6 FE believe it good value. Options. front park sensors/nimbus/interior depending on price, otherwise it’s Aspen White. But dependant on no price increase. Delivery Dec 23. Deposit pre reveal.

Hi, just thought with you having the R8. My little sister has a TT which she purchased from new. She had no problems, was kept informed and the delivery date/time was to the minute. Clearly the new Lotus experience is a world away from that. So, how was your experience buying the R8 and was it new or used?

Just watched the reviews especially from harry , glad I reversed my decision back at Xmas ; having put my deposit down at good wood. It’s as I expected slower heavier than my evora ; gear change still an acquired taste , not as tuneful , heavier etc . My evora sounds better is more bespoke ,faster and will be rarer , the first editions are not limited by numbers the step change will be the auto

Just wanted to connect because I have a deposit for a base Emira with the Austin dealer. I got in a month ago and I’m about 80th in line, so I’m looking at build probably sometime in 2023. I look forward to hearing about your experience through this process and I hope you get your FE without too much delay.

TXEMIRA, I am brand new to this forum. I am located in Waco. My wife has recently given me the thumbs up on putting a deposit down. Did you place a deposit with a dealer here in Texas or elsewhere?

Hi there, I read your post in another thread about a pending test drive you were going to have with a manual GT4. I was hoping I would have found your feedback further down the thread but I don’t believe you ever replied about your experience. Could you tell me what it was like and your feeling vs the pdk, tall gearing etc?
