Warning to Scottish Owners

At first I was going to say this is unbelievable, but it really isn't. After failing at trying to force everyone to switch to EV which failed which failed miserably, they haven't given up. They're going to punish you now for not buying into their green scam! What the people of Scotland need to do is take away these nutcase politicians and get some genuine, sensible Scots in office.

Having checked this I see nowhere it being mentioned that motorists will be "fined" and nothing about a "pay-as-you-go" plan unless you count congestion charges in cities or motorway tolls (both common in the UK and Europe).

Anyway as far as I can tell this is all about the Transport Scotland 2022 plans and is old news and the plan dropped by the SNP over a year ago. So no idea why this is being brought up now - by the Independent Sentinel (?) which seems to be a US news outlet?
