Amazing car but somewhat irrelavant as only a few will ever be in line to buy one at list or are prepared to stump up a massive premium. I sold my 997.1 GT3 back in 2021 to make way for an Emira and although I am starting to think I sold too early I am on the edge of my seat waiting for the likes of Chris Harris, Henry Catchpole and Harry Metcalfe to back up my decision. I think everyone who has dropped an early deposit saw the same draw to an Emira, it’s just a shame that we are left questioning why, or maybe getting buyers regret for those who have had to commit before even seeing a production car or their colour in the flesh. I, like many, are sold on this as I’m convinced it’s the way to go but I’ve never committed nearly £80k to something I’ve never even sat in.

It does indeed sound wicked!

It is going to be fascinating to see the Emira GT4 go head-to-head with Cayman GT4 and RS and see where each has an edge over the other, on road and track.
