UK owners please
Does anyone have a recommendation of a good lawyer who I can use to help me follow up my ongoing (from new) faults with my car.
I am aware of the my rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 (which for those reading this are as follows)
  1. If a vehicle goes wrong within the first 30 days of ownership, you can reject it for a full refund.
  2. If a fault develops after those first 30 days but within the first six months, the dealer gets one chance to fix it.
  3. Between 30 days and 6 months, it’s assumed in law that the fault was present at the time of purchase unless the seller can prove otherwise. Unless you’ve agreed otherwise, the seller (dealer) has only one opportunity to repair (or replace) the faulty vehicle after which, if they fail to repair it, you’re entitled to a refund.
  4. You have consumer rights for up to six years, which protects you against a faulty car.
I've just ticked over two years of ownership and have a long list of warranty issues and problems with my car, which continue to be a problem.

I'd welcome some recommendations.

I can't give advice on a lawyer but I will be interested in what you find out as I suspect many others will be too.

But I just spotted your journal and your artic trip - sounds like you had an amazing time, that's good to know as I'm off on an an Artic trip myself in 2 weeks time.

Do you have legal insurance with either your car or home insurance? If yes, use that and they will have a (usually good) solicitor they use.
