Trunk interior paint scratches

Anyone else experiencing this? This is now the second time which I believe was caused by a detailer. First time the dealership touched up the paint but wondering if it's something I can do as I am sure it will keep happening in the future.

It’s difficult to tell from the picture, but that doesn’t look like a detailed has done it. The inside trim of the tailgate is made of weird stuff. If you scratch it, it’s white underneath. It’s also very delicate and scratches/chips easily. My car had a couple of marks like yours, although not as big, when I picked it up.

That’s the stuff scratching off. Anyone have an idea of what to use to cover it up?
