Rattle from demister panel

Just wondering if anyone had had a rattle, more of a buzz, from the panel that houses the demister buttons? If yes did you manage to fix it and how?

100% from there, photo with the rubber pad out in case it was that and it wasn't

Not had any similar problem - but according to the service manual this Heating and A/C Switch Panel Assembly is just held in by 4 self-tapping screws and it has an "anti-rattle" piece of tape stuck to the top of it. The main issue is that you need to remove the lower dash facia to get to these 4 screws and that is a long job. Also if the rattle is from inside the Switch Panel Assembly itself then it's not meant to be repairable and new units are quite expensive. I think you might want to consider a trip to the dealer under warranty.
