Really great discussion! He was making all the points I have made to people with questions. 100% agree with his "planted on off ramps (turns)". I have looked multiple times and was shocked at how fast I took a turn - wasn't even trying to take them fast, it just felt natural..

I don't want to make any rash assumptions, but @GetawayDriving , is this you? Really insightful stuff, if so. I absolutely buy into the whole "90s supercar" angle... it's why I love mine so much I think, being of a certain vintage where the F360 / F430 were my dream cars.

He does talk about a recall for US bound cars at the 44:12 mark, linked below, for water intrusion that can cause electrical issues. Anyone know what he is talking about? What the recall fixes and where the water is entering?

It’s for the rubber sheet they put under the cowl on the drivers side to redirect water away from the ac fan relay. Mine was a 24 FE V2 that come over last March and it already had the rubber sheet installed at the factory.

Here's one video explaining the water intrusion problem and a "UK Lotus fix" I've never seen before. That said, my Emira never had a problem with water affecting the electricals, so it never required any fix. I did hear about this water issue before.
