Hello from Italy

Hello everyone,
I’m Andrea (male!), new and pride Emira owner from Rome, Italy. Hethel yellow, alcantara yellow stitching, black pack.
I’ve never owned a Lotus before, and after reading all of the issues and lack of support you guys talk about here on the forum, I was skeptical and didn’t know if to pull the trigger. Well I did, and I’m super excited. I know I might get some issues, but hell life is short!
Problem now is, I booked a vacation to Japan long before buying the car and after only 3 days (during which I managed to drive 990 km ), I had to leave it in the garage. I can’t wait to get back driving.
The forum is a terrific source of info thanks to you guys, you rock!

Welcome to the club. I can't imagine there's too many Emiras in Italy but this means there will be at least 2 there in August (and both yellow) as I'm driving down to Venice then.
You must be able to get some great pics of it with Rome in the background to post up here.

Welcome. I’ll be in Italy in beginning of July. Sadly I won’t be able to drive the Emira for two weeks, but at least I’ll be in Italy! Seems like a good trade off.

Thanks guys, Italy in July and August is, well…hot. Drop me a pm if you need some advice, I’ll be more than happy to help if I can. Later this year I’ll definitely try to take and post some nice pics. I might even visit the Lotus factory in Hethel with my wife, we’ll see.

In July we are on Passo Stelvio and also in September to Lotus Elise meeting....hethel Yellow with black pack
