For the drivers... Porsche Roads app

Not sure if you all know about this, but the Porsche Roads app is a great app to find "fun roads" to to take a drive. If you haven't snagged it already I highly recommend it.

I think the Porsche app is cool but found it’s not ready for prime time yet. Many routes drive me through parking lots etc but in time it will be amazing. I’ve used the app calimoto for the past year and the interface is kinda outdated, but the routes it has is amazing! I’ve found hundreds of roads and have spent dozens and dozens of hours with that app. Highly recommend

Weird, right? For the longest time BMW did this too. There must be some weird perception at play in Germany about mobile phones and disposable income.

Harry Metcalfe mentioned in a video a short while back an app called calimoto - it is built for bikes apparently but he was using it in a car. He starts talking about it at around the 13 minute mark then also talks about it later.

I've not used it but have installed in on android and put in a couple of routes I normally drive to see what it suggests and it seems to do a half decent job. Might be worth checking out.
