Driver's Side Taillight Failure

My driver's side taillight has been a bit glitchy and has finally given up altogether. Fortunately, it's still a warranty item. I was told it's an 8-hour repair + parts. Yikes, I might be selling before the warranty runs out!
I have asked several times about extending the warranty, but I have not made any progress with that...
edit: I also keep getting a Lost Communication w/Fuel Pump, check engine warning. Apparently, there is no fix yet, but they are aware of the issue.

Just the warning light, that would come and go. It stays on all the time now, though.
