Access to Engine Bay?

I want to install a rear camera on the inside of the rear glass. Anyone know an easy way to access the engine compartment from the cabin? I just need an 1/8" hole.

I'd consider the reverse -- mount it in the engine compartment and run the wiring underneath back to the front (if needed) Power is available in the engine bay, so keep it simple...wireless on/off and you're all set.
