I’m waiting for the update following the last update in December which took out my Sat Nav / warning light re SOS calling not available and Engine Mgmt light permanently on (again). Seems whatever version was applied in December had a negative effect on the internal SIM used for SOS / Navigation.

Crazy this is still happening 12 months after I had what sounds the same issue. As others have said, just call scorpion and it’ll be sorted quickly.

No, I didn’t bother. I only casually mentioned it when it was in for other matters to be fair. I’ve not really noticed it much since but I don’t tend to do many motorway miles. It will still be there of course, not something that’s going to fix itself unless it get a lot of dirt in those gaps!

My car was in during January to apply the software update as my Engine Management / Emissions light has been illuminated permanently since taking delivery mid December. Unfortunately it came back on within about 30 minutes. It is going in again in the coming days to hopefully fix it for good.

I vaguely recall having the same problem with password reset (I never got the email / SMS from Lotus / Scorpion prior to arrival). When I called to have this reset manually, Scorpion established there was an issue and sent someone out to replace the unit.

This is on my car too. Only minor on the drivers side (with a rough bit of carpet finish in the corner which also isn’t ideal) but a bit more pronounced on the passenger side. I suspect it’s a DIY fix but to be honest, I’ll likely just leave it as is.
