Stock suspension is defined by the 'bean counters'...and engineers try to make the best out of what they get for the budget. Stock not bad, but good aftermarket is soooo much better. Just get a Nitron one way set with a bumpy road setup and you will love it, as quality is substantially better...

Recaro went bust recently….so not sure if you can still get them. Fantastically made seat! However as I am tall…190cms….I still like to sit deeper in the car. The cushions in the Recaro seats are quite thick. Hence I plan to swap the seats for a Tillett Emira set…they are a bit sleeker and...

So much better than stock. It's so much sharper and absolute joy to ride. Its so rewarding when driven fast on a mountain road! I don't spent too much time setting up the shocks. I plan to go a bit harder on inbound damping on the front, but overall I would never go back to standard.

991.1 is fantastic, 991.2 is fantastic, 992.1 is fantastic….add an Emira… = fantastic. I own 3 out of the 4, including a GT3. Such good cars. Most joy I get out of the Emira. But all of the are great. AMG GT…similar, sooooo good!

It's actually the closest you can get to a Gordon Murray T50... as it is build upon same principle. Save weight (it's 750kg) and a very manual experience: manual, non assisted brakes, super engaging engine and very alive car. We use it for a week touring as it has a big booth and actually is...

Get the Nitron suspension kit, very affordable and totally changes the car even over sports. You can lower the car a bit, make the front end a bit sharper and you have a wonderful ride and super sharp steering. I love it!

It's one hell of a car for the money. It is without question the best car Lotus has ever made! You have to take the flaws of a Lotus car for granted, they have always been like that. Take the looks, the driving, how special both are...and this is the most desirable Lotus now and in the future...

I bought cars all my life, with my own money. Looking back…would not do it again. In the end…only get a mortgage. What you can save everymonth invest it into assets like buying the index funds. Later on in life you won’t regret it. Simple…depreciation and interest payments on the Emira...

What a beautiful Emira spec. Wow!

On my first test drive in the Emira I found it too soft in the front and too slow in turn-in. So my Emira is on the Michelins and on Nitron 3-way, with the car lowered about 2 cm's. Boy does it change and become so much better at turn-in and it is way sharper. More like a GT3. Love it!

Fair enough! Lets say it differentially… I liked the way my old Exige V6 made its power, I like the way the Emira V6 makes it power. It‘s so smooth and extremely fast through the mid-range. I love how you can find the sweetspot of the engine and the fact that the SC brings what it is intended...
