@VF Tuner Ive purchased the V6 tune package from your website, as linked above. I’m confused to have received a shipping notification from UPS. Have I bought the wrong thing or is this an automated/incorrect message? I was expecting instructions on where to send my ecu?

When can we expect some specific features for the V6 you’re running? I’m keen on a tune to optimise running on E5 97-99 RON Fuel (with decat and high flow filter). A softer rev limiter at 7000 in sport and track would be great.

Hmm, I was hoping they had an issue as the system currently sounds very thin. I occasionally get a pop when opening the drivers door, but not when driving. 2023 V6 manual

Silly question maybe. Are the speakers behind the seats supposed to to sound similar to the door speakers? Mine don’t seem to deliver anything apart from some muffled bass.

The AliExpress buttons are certainly not used. Perhaps it’s a way to get around taxes. Swap is easy as described but don’t make the mistake I did of thinking I needed to unscrew the little silver screws. They just hold the switch unit together. The replacement buttons don’t have these screws but...

Have you tried a battery disconnect and reconnect? Had to do this a few times on mine prior to a sw update seemingly fixing the issue.

Can’t be 100% sure, but I wrote on the underside of the door as a test. Writing gone on return but could have been resprayed I guess? Only the dealer’s word that Lotus supplied two new doors. Doors were done in July 2024.

The news that nobody wanted to hear is that one of my "fixed" doors, is now showing early signs of exactly the same issue as the original door: A line of small blisters a few cm below the window line after the door mirror. Here we go again...

Power lead is under the rubber mat and down to the socket below - there is a handy hole in the top right that goes right through the console. The extra cable is tied up and taped to the surface above the USB port. I've not stress checked the mount under serious load, but I think a combination...

I’m a bit sceptical about the 180mph top speed, having seen mine seeming run out of meaningful puff at 160mph (on a clear run in Germany). Doesn’t matter at all in the UK - and real world! Twisty roads at slightly illegal speeds are where the fun is for me.

Miltek fitted perfectly for me. I see little need for the valve controller though. Something to fail quite easily, plus I’d rather the valve is in sync with what the ÉCU expects from the drive modes.

Emissions and room for a "430 model" I would guess. What would happen if you plugged in an Evora ECU?! Lotus are missing a trick not releasing a SW flash to unlock this. Basicially free money to them, not loosing it to a 3rd party. Could charge a premium and still offer a warranty. Come on Lotus!

I agree. Should be relatively easy to achieve once the ECU is cracked? A softer limiter that didn’t cut the power would also be on my list.

I can confirm that I have replacement doors (August 2024) and they have a small drain hole right at the front of the door. Took me a while to spot it! Also 2 grommet holes with from grommets missing until now. See pics

Whilst replacing some undertray fixings for stainless, I noticed that I only had one rubber grommet in each door (front hole). Is this normal or should I have two, as per the service notes?
