This is what we had for our 4Cs. One ECU with stock tune and one clone ECU with Eurocompulsion tune(s) on it. Im hoping Boomgear (or whoever the Chinese tuner is) can offer something similar. 🤞

This picture was sent from Mach5 when they asked me if US i4 models had an GPF/OPF. They said US does have GPF/OPF, #4 highlighted in the picture.

You could always order a spare OEM stalk. You unfortunately have to order the whole assembly though. Its $393 +tax.

I’ll probably install them in a couple weeks. I will weigh OEMs and Giro’s and post pics and findings then. :)

Our 4C tuner looked at a pic of our ECU, even sent it to Dimsport. He replied that no one he knows or has worked with before has even come close to cracking our ECU. 😞

The AMG i4 has a ton of parasitic drain due to emissions programming with the alternator. I havent heard if the toyota v6 has the same parasitic drain issues...so your experience might be true for the v6.

Btw, to remove the front plastic piece, just fit a flat edge at the top and dislodge retention clip…super easy.
