Should I have gotten my car serviced? I was going to do so after 3000 miles, but seems like folks are taking them in early. Not much of a car technician so some advise would be appreciated.

Not at all, if you're tired of the clicky sounds just drive on auto mode. But when on manual mode, it just feels good to hear a gear change.

Agreed, and once you switch out the OEM paddle shifters with the aftermarket carbon fiber ones. The Emira definitely feels more supercar like. Best mod I made to my i4 yet.

The i4 was my pick considering it's the fastest of the variants and the DCT is just leagues ahead of a torque converter. Also the turbo whirls just make the driving experience more fun imo

No, I wouldn't do that to my cars just to show off, it was already there when I parked. It's a popular car spot in downtown LA I saw lots of BMWs peeling out and doing donuts, plus tires are expensive lol

Wouldn't the tints impact headlight brightness at night?

Same question, I would love the surround to have red stitchings to match my interior, been thinking of upgrading my steering wheel with alcantara and carbon fiber with red stitchings. Having that would just complete the set.

Tbh I'm fine with the reverse and forward shifts, waiting one extra second for it to calibrate doesn't kill me lol. Plus I hardly if ever do 3 point turns in the city. I've notice that too, but all I do to fix that is upshift. I've been driving track mode in LA for the past month lol

Yeah I have noticed the i4 is quite temperamental in the city when on track mode, she just wants to GO and doesn't like traffic 😂. So I generally use Track when I'm on the highway, but I found sport mode to be a happy medium between the two if you just wanna have some fun in the city.
