I have found the 18-day benchmark accurate. I keep it locked while garaged so the mirrors are out of the way. Unlocked may buy some time but is it really worth the risk? If your car started after a month parked, let's just say it was happy to have you back.

I say scratch that itch. The 2024/2025 Emiras are pretty well sorted. Mine has been trouble-free, as have been the majority those years. Get a test drive or find a local owner at a car meet.
