you are probably right about base + all boxes checked = FE but a few thousand more. but do we actually know? I dont think so, all educated guesses. theres a chance we have more choices when the base config comes out. small stuff, like stripes on my steering wheel (only on auto atm). or...

i hate the idea of me having to choose between an FE and a base before the base configurator is even out. if I get the chance to upgrade idk if I will making huge 100k choices with little information and blind faith just seems to be the Lotus way i guess

I see what you guys are saying. I just called lotus of dallas to ask about it and the i4 guys and auto guys can get an FE. im stuck with a base however tho I may get an opportunity to upgrade to FE 2.0 if enough people ahead of me cancel. im #106 now and they are getting about 80 FE 1.0 2.0...

i feel like exotic cars with unaccommodating key fobs is a common thing. i wonder if they picture their customers keeping it in their display case of key fobs for their fleet of nice cars. not carry it with them everywhere the emira is supposed to be more of a daily car tho so not a good fit...

you can confirm they are increasing the amount of FE 2.0 coming to USA? and base deposit holders will be offered a FE 2.0 instead? source?

the FE 3.0 is just speculation. some think they will delay the base even longer and make another round of FE

what do you mean sell more FE cars, the limited slots are already sold tho. I have a base addition allocation not because I want to but because the FE allocations are already gone. if given the option I would switch, probably. maybe. idk the September 2024 estimate timing works real well for me
