I think we could have a reflash to rev at 7200 RPM + smoother cutoff and still use the JB4 with it.

I have a GRP 3rd cat delete , milltek valve controller and K&N air filter element drop in. The speedometer clauster is so slow to react and it is even worse now that the car is climbing in rpm faster that I hit the cutoff even before it shows to shift as a redline indicator into the dash.

I did my first launch with the JB4 on map2, everything went well. No broken Axel 😬. A smooth start, not agressive enough to break a time record but fast enough to be able to enjoy the push of the car.

Amsoil octane booster or VP racing octane booster can do the trick to raise 91 to 93-94 octane gas level.

To be honest I did not check or remember if the oem one had only 3 pins instead of 4 but if your pins struggle to make a good contact signal you can apply a tiny amount of special White grease specially designed for electronics connectors to try to help.
