Yes much like me the only people who've paid more on i4 are ones who have contacted Lotus. We were told the spec would be locked in some time ago but that is obviously not really fair given the delays. Fortunately I don't have any reason to change mine. Not had any emails relating directly to i4.

It's 2026. We still don't have our Lotus, Interest rates are now 18% on the 'new Emira' that's been 'coming soon' since 2022. Might have to can the idea of PPF to fund the purchase.

I think the Evo review has done a lot to damage the Lotus and Emira reputation, it certainly knocked a few here as it was the first review many of us watched. I'd be having serious words if I was Lotus.

Evo review put me off as I had seen that one first, the rest made me feel a bit better. But given the complaints were mostly engine and gearbox my i4 is for now full steam ahead.

Looks, as much as I want an Emira with an i4 and DCT, I feel it is under powered so defo not performance. Hopefully what it lacks in power and out right excellerantion it makes up for in handling.
