When I was younger I use to put K&N filters in my cars, I had repeated MAS issues in all my cars with non-oem air filters. Tossed all the K&Ns and haven't had another MAS issue in 20 years. You're probably not running a K&N,, but perhaps you need a prefilter to help keep your intake clean.

You're running a 360 hp version, right ? if so 3.91 to 60mph is great. Assume this number is with roll-out subtracted.
