well so far the CS and Finance have been proactive and when I have emailed i have had a call or an email back the same or next day. I honestly think they can only deal with info they have control over. if they need anything from the factory they cant make it happen.

I suspect once a car is ready the custserv and finance guys follow a pretty simple prescribed process/funnel. Where folk are probably getting frustrated is anything to do with the factory/timescales etc... all the things they should know but are not getting told. CS will be a 3rd party call...
