won't take it back to Lotus unless have to seems pumping helps hopefully with more miles it gets better the good news is it forces me to drive the car every 3 days which I love doing

good to know; will try as doesn't go into reverse initially as I let it sit 3-4 days, but doesn't happen when car sits 1-2 days. I am actually frightened to let it sit longer than 4 days as likely won't work (first time I let it sit for 2 weeks as was on vaca even with battery hooked up)

Although they fixed my clutch, master cylinder, etc. When I let the car sit for 3-4 days, the clutch gets 'tight' and can't go in reverse on 1st attempt. What I do is 'pump' the clutch a few times and it seems to get the fluids moving and then it becomes less 'tight' and then can go in reverse...

Oh no, although hard to imaging it went off the street with a curb and can't see any damage to the frame or parts on the street? The car is very low so hopefully this is not a photoshop? Seems the guy is okay at least.

The controller has three buttons: 1- Valve open 100% 2- Valve closed 100% 3- OEM valve control -- valve runs just as it does stock.

Looks great, congrats. Yeah they can't force you to take delivery and not give your deposit back as that is illegal. I am not a lawyer, but feel free to sell the car and if they come after you, tell them you were forced to take deliver and they said you can't have your deposit back...and pretty...

I thought it is limited "version 1", and they plan to release some more, and maybe version 2 next year, but plan all electric so this might end up being a car that is desired in 10 years if they move to electric

have Sport/Goodyears but I probably didn't adjust the seat well enough to be comfortable was on a car rally, so had the steering wheel lower (so seat higher) and more uprights I am sure you can find a good position for the long drive

Congrats on getting yours delivered. If you can, best to Upload a video as that would be helpful for us to hear and understand and comment. Might be hard while driving, but maybe a passenger can film?

Thanks for posting. I knew most of this, but I did NOT know Lotus recommends "Tour" mode only for first 1000 miles. I failed that on the first day. Track mode sounds so much better. I am willing to bet almost nobody drives in "Tour" mode the first 1000 miles. This doesn't make logical sense...

We have a winner @digilotus Report back from my car in the shop: Looks like the master cylinder and dampering valve will need to be replaced. Should ship parts from the UK and hopefully will have the car in my possession soon.

how many miles to you have? you just got the car 6 weeks ago. did they think you didn't need it but you just told them to do it?
