I think so. People often ask what kind of McLaren or Ferrari I'm driving. There's no other car at this price point that gets that. It goes a long way too - I get the same looks now as I would get in any supercar. Can't be said for the Cayman or AMG.

Tariffs do not apply to the retail price, it's applied to the total manufacturing cost. Lotus might push this cost on, but you won't be able to calculate it ahead of time.

You'll probably want to consult an attorney to speed up the process, but I would definitely have them add the PPF as part of the claim. Don't think it's standard unless maybe you bought it as part of the purchase. My car was PPF'd by the dealer as part of my entire purchase. But if you got PPF...

With a Lemon law claim, they'll pay you for the car plus taxes to make you whole. You could even negotiate any PPF.... But they're definitely taking the car.

It’s fully carbon fiber! Every panel. Let’s get a price on those parts! Though I’ve heard parking sensors don’t work through carbon fiber. Might need modification.

Your warranty doesn’t extend anytime something is replaced under warranty. Catch any issues in the first 3 years

You can say you disagree but your point is that no one will want sports cars unless they’re made in the same country as their founding. With those examples you are wrong. They’re literally produced in a country other than their origin and they have plenty of demand.

I agree in theory, but the Ford GT is built in Canada, as well as the Mustang GTD. It also looks like the AMG One was built in the UK not Germany.

Think that’s too anecdotal. The BRZ/GR86 twins are Japanese and they have critical engine design faults that blow up.

But is the alternative no car? Like would people buy a Lotus even if it was built in the US, than not be able to get it at all? I find it strange how the Ford GT is the all American super car but is built in Canada by Multimatic. Don’t think most people know that
