Hi all, I'm not sure why I didn't notice this in my old car, but there seems to be lots of play with the shifter even when in gear. For example, if I put the car into first, the shifter can wobble about 5mm in any direction while still in gear. I noticed it does this in other gears as well...

Any update on the reliability/issues plaguing the US cars?

I drove a TTRS because I was excited by the looks, but it drove remarkably basic and the driving experience didn't feel special in any way whatsoever. The complete opposite of the Emira. It feels so special every time I walk up to it, and every mile I'm in it. Highly recommend.

This is false. Good quality PPF will 100% protect against keyed cars. Someone used a screwdriver on my car and it didn't damage the paint.

Your car will attract negative attention. Never underestimate someone keying your car.

Silly question, but if we replaced the subwoofer and the speakers with the exact same size but higher quality speakers, would that be an easy/simple solution for dramatically improving the quality?

The parts are so unavailable for the Emira, that when my body shop went to get a quote, Lotus didn't even have parts numbers for them.

For racing I have the Sparco Race 2 Racing Shoe and they’re great. So much more room by the pedal box - the amount of foot travel is huge. Highly recommend. Otherwise I just wear my converse-like sneakers
