During my test drive, it slowed around 45-50 mph in gear somewhat significantly, but coasted in neutral just like any other car. The feeling from slowing down in gear without throttle was a similar sensation, but less present, than in a modern STi... sort of that light dif whine that you can...

I do understand why some things are subjective, such as seats suck or seats rock.... and shifter feels good or cant place where I am with it. But clutch is almost at the bottom of the throw and clutch is almost at the top of the throw? That doesn't seem subjective!

Having been able to take the one I drove up to redline, I would argue that the car doesnt even come alive until about 4500 rpms or so. Which may not be the news you wanted following your drive...

This is so strange, because my clutch bit was darn near the top of the range when I test drove... concerns about the consistency.

You would think after some people having a deposit for 2-3 years already, we might at least know what YEAR our cars are getting to us. This is ridiculous. If I was a conspiracy theorist, I'd say it almost seems intentional! I placed a deposit when I was 25 years old, I don't really want to wait...

Okay thank goodness, I will hold out hope for January still then. There better be a v6 BE, or I have been sitting here for no reason and my dealer went on vacation with my deposit :LOL: But yes, many people on here are in line for a v6 base!

Customer service told you this? My dealer told me that in January they would be taking v6 BE orders during my test drive, but he may not know the facts and that could be old news from 1.5 months ago. If I am waiting another 8 months just to know the price, I am not going to be a happy camper...

Do you have experience with PS4S? This is what I was leaning toward, but some people are saying you cant even drive over pebbles with them without them getting ruined. Hoping that is an exaggeration, because some of my family members are out in the middle of nowhere.

Awesome review! This v6 does have 400 HP, not 360 (AMG i4 has this), so if it felt approximately 40 HP more impressive than you were expecting, that could be why!

I know this was a joke, but I kind of feel the opposite! I feel like not having the need to be the absolute fastest 0-60/ 0-100 and just enjoy the engagement and positive aspects of the car shows confidence in your masculinity, like you have nothing to prove or compensate for! Not saying that...
