I contacted RB asking for 80mm bolts, but they said: "We ran tests and concluded that 80mm was too long with the 4.8mm spacer. (about 2mm too long)" Did you have any issues tightening the bolts? Did it feel like they bottomed out? Are you sure the factory bolts were 75mm?

I believe they upgraded the gear set for the Emira. Also, one of the last versions of the Evora had 430 hp from the factory, so it can handle at least that much.

Dark blue and gold work very well together. This is my Camaro. It's inspired by the old Penske/Donahue Sunoco CanAm Camaros from the late 60's, and also the Blue Angels.

Komo has it, including a very nice 430 hp upgrade for about $2,300, but they're taking their time getting it over here in the U.S.

They do give you a longer 75mm set of mounting bolts for the fronts. I've been doing business with them for 15 years. They've been very good to deal with, and are quick to fix issues if any arise. The issue with the set screw is something they'll probably address for future orders. I believe...

If I remember right, they've increased the torque by 50 nm for the new models which indicates an updated engine tune, and that would require a recertification. I notice their 0-60 time has lowered to 4.0 too. I wonder if this update tune would be something we could get for our cars?

Yeah that was noticed years ago. Apparently, if installed with a normal orientation, there was an issue with the edge of the seat belt cutting into your neck, so they applied the twist. It looks odd, but in practice you don't notice it as the belt lays across your shoulder comfortably.
