Fitting a rear wing on a car (like the Emira) that will only be driven on the road can really only be for the looks. If you like the look then do it - it's your car. I'm not a fan of them personally.

It all gets added to the final cost in the end. I think I'm one of the few that does read manuals but I bet lots of people don't - my neighbour doesn't. Reading the PDF isn't too bad on the PC, probably ok on a phone if needs must.

My local dealer (Colchester) said they were about £140 for a printed manual, which I thought was about ok. 😬 The downloadable PDF manuals are protected as well so you can't even print the odd page out yourself unless you start taking screen grabs.

This sounds like something I would do. Just wondering what happens when the car goes for a service and the mechanic is used to it being on auto? I think I would set it back to auto for those occasions just in case.

On the test drive I had the bite point was low down, lower than I was used to, and of course I stalled it. After that I was ok but cautious, particularly at traffic lights where I did some quick starts!

Why the tweak to the clutch bite point? Was it too high or too low?

At least it won't be as much as servicing a Ferrari engine, I reckon. :) I came across this recently with the engine out for servicing. Looking closer inside the engine bay it was designed well enough for it to be an easy enough job.
