I’d try gently warming with a hair dryer to soften the glue then dental floss or light fishing line to release/lift it off (assuming that the pins are just to locate and aren’t screwed or bolted from behind)…..

My bank only allows £10k max in total per day using the faster payments system, regardless of number of transactions or payees. Hopefully they’ll wait 8 days after invoice or accept CHAPS by then or I’ll be driving to Hethel with a bankers draft…….. 🙄

Given that a lot of the information in the provenance pack is historic, e.g. how many cars were produced in the same specification per year, etc. I'm not sure of the value of purchasing it when the car is new - maybe better to wait a year or two? Probably for that reason Lotus now supply them...

I thought that was the original plan and that they were lining up a local firm for PPF applied at the factory too…. Fingers crossed for August (in many respects - perhaps they’ll even be doing PDI there by then too for factory collections)….

In conjunction with the cosmetic repair insurance at the same price again which allows for 18 SMART repairs over 36 months? Both of those together will be enough for me. Anyone prone to kerbing alloys (or maybe choosing diamond cut!) can add the wheel insurance at £229 (18 claims in 3 years...
