I ordered privacy glass for my Nimbus as an accent color to both the black engine surround and the paint hue. Couldn't be happier. Engine is still visible (as some have desired) moreso In direct sun. Rear view is not compromised; it is no different than your average window tinting. Depends on...
It is very responsive to lighting conditions: natural vs florescent, sunny vs overcast, time of day. I like that the hues accentuate the design lines, richly so. Nimbus is a color with a personality.
Just check the various photos in this thread.
I received the same black satin cover. The stretched material fits perfectly. Similar to Lotus reveal item perhaps, but without the logo. Perfect for indoor dust protection. About $159.00. Carcover.com.
The FE are fully loaded whether v6 or i4.
FE v6 are all spoken for, unless you find an Orphan or flipper.
Not sure about FE auto tran (coming later this year).
The Base will be v6 first and allow you to build-your-own up to the FE equivalent if you wish. Then a Base i4 will follow.
All best guess.
Lotus Finance rate is 8.99 percent. Your CU or bank rate will vary.
You can pay cash, or a certified check from your own bank.
Lotus Lease offering involves 36 months and 10,000 miles annually.
Your dealer should have all the details. There is a pretty strong residual estimate of 69 percent...
Either by the custom color you picked or the MSRP you paid. FE 1.0 listed at about $93,500. Mechanically there is no difference. All FE have the same 1st Edition badge. FE 2.0 builds benefited from the FE 1.0 teething issues.
Does it count if I frequently open the door to my garage to check if my Emira is still parked there? Verifying it isn't some 32-month wait induced mirage?
Some might say it's a confirmation bias.
I'm saying it was 'worth the wait.'

Interesting....
This was copyrighted in 2022 so whatever the plan was then has not been affected by events since? Or not updated. We know production timelines have shifted. (Ie Regulatory, mfg)
Let the speculation begin anew.
I suggest Admin creates a new thread for US/Can customer Emira acquisition notes/photos called: The Rides of March.
After the long wait and angst, its proper to be poetic.
