I would definitely recommend the valve controller. It really does bring out the monster in the emira.

I literally switched in to sport mode leaving the dealership. Then read the same thing on facebook and on here about not using sport mode. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to use sport mode as long as you stay under the 4000rpm break in limit. 🤷‍♂️

We used quickjacks today to do a decat and valve controller on two emiras (shoutout to Peter if he sees this). We used the quickjacks "sideways" and they worked fine. Both emiras off the ground and back on safely with no issues. Would I recommend this? No. But it worked.

Whoops. I thought the break in was just not going over 4000rpm. Didn’t know the mode you drive in mattered.

Not much to compare it too other than my 4Runner and a 99’ Miata I drove across Florida about 120 miles to get home in touring mode and had no issues at all. Definitely goes when you want it to go. I pushed it a bit and didn’t even touch 4000rpm. So I can’t wait to push it even more after break...

Has anyone found a way to fit the OEM plastic push pins into the hole? I saw another person, I believe on facebook, was also not able to fully press the floor mats into the plastic clips. Is everyone just driving around without fully locked in floor mats? 😂
