I noticed some wind/noise coming from the rear as well but once I pushed up the call volume to max it was easy to talk at 80mph. I don't expect the Emira to be a quiet ride and it isn't. Have you tried adjusting your call volume all the way up?

Spoke with one of the good dealers around. They said they'd never heard of the Tour requirement and specifically mentioned their demo cars have been run in sport/track almost entirely prior to run-in. I'm not saying that's best, but I hardly think any dealer or Lotus will reject warranty...

Honestly just go to Audio > Equaliser and turn them all (Bass, Mid, Treble) up to max. So far that seems to be the best sounding setting for me and that's what I had in this video. Seems like it just gives the system more oomph across the spectrum by cranking them all up.
