I have yet to hear from my dealer. I really didn't pay too much attention to the numbers I got when I placed my deposit on 8/2021. But I thought I was number 43 at a dealership with 18 allocations. Therefore with several cancellations I hope I am in position for the 2.0.

Interested to see who is on the cusp of a 2.0, if they plan to buy, what color they may want, and most important of all when does anyone think dealers will start contacting people? (One thread said about 3 weeks from when they announced the 2.0.

Has anyone commented on hard cornering in the Emira? I suppose that isn't possible on a test drive but it seems to me that aspect of the car is missing from forum reviews.

I was hoping Porsche may reverse course and keep making them if there was enough demand. IMO nothing can be taken for granted on these "allocation" cars. Production can halt or be extended at any moment.

I got a call today from Porsche cancelling my deposit for a GT4. They said production is ending in about two months. I wasn't interested in a GTS. I guess I will just watch the used market for GT4s but they are pricey. Again, trying to get a mid engine car and feel it's good to be proactive...
